absolutely none I would give negative rating if I can

Ironically lots of bureaucracy considering it’s a startup. Constant politics, power tripping, employees expected to be on call 24/7 and the silent rule of anyone taking a day off will be harshly judged and looked down upon (they even took away our Christmas time off).
