Pros

Things were looking great with the new experienced CEO and his chosen management team. But not anymore. Too much interference from the founder.

Cons

You will find out why they had five or six CEOs, CPOs, CTOs over the last 5 years. Just as things were begining to look positive, looks like we are going to have a new CTO soon as well. All due to the insecurity of the few. At the same time, they are having a tough time filling the CPO position over the last few months. Guess the candidates are smart and not desperate. Pros

- Awesome People who manage a complex product or set of products. - New leadership seems to understand it all starts with treating people right i.e. new HR policies very helpful like L&D and other things like Empl Referrals. -Access to c-suite leaders is a big plus -Renewed focus on clients -Lots of hiring, Good talent as it at least seems like we are growing.

Pros

I've worked at Hazeltree for going on 5 months now, and obviously had the chance to review historical Glassdoor reviews covering a poor upper management and overall low employee morale. However, my experience so far at Hazeltree has been the opposite -- I have complete faith in our current leadership team from our new CEO, CTO, Head of Services, etc...the right people are in place to make sure we continue to be successful. This is a team of very nice, bright and eager people, who are happy to help new colleagues where needed, and overall are just great to work with. Another thing I've appreciated so far is the amount of autonomy and trust management puts into employees to get the job done and also use our voices to continue shape where we are going. From a technology standpoint, we are integral to our client's day to day treasury operations, so its also great to have our work and value recognized consistently. There's a lot of clean up happening from poor processes (or lack thereof) from past management and policies, but we're getting there. Truly pleased with my decision to join this team and am excited for what's to come.

Cons

Like I said above, there is clean up happening through resetting of expectations and aligning on new processes across internal teams and clients. These have lead to sometimes difficult conversations, but they're part of standard growing pains that are worth it.
