Pros
Hays focuses on the things that matter to their clients and professionals. Investing in the top tools and talent across the country to make its clients and professionals equally happy. Hays and its people are always up to the challenge and proving their value, which fits me personally and my mentality in every aspect of life.
Cons
Training and Company Tools could be steamlined more efficiently, but I know is in the works. Work load is heavy but goes with the industry and territory.
