Pros
Great company with many opportunities to grow! Learned a lot and grew in experience and knowledge on many different levels. I would recommend this company, but do not stay to long. Take your experiences and knowledge and move on before they move you out. Anything beyond 10/15 yrs begins the targeting process.
Cons
Good company history until original owner passed away. 3rd generation hand-me-down leadership is a huge concern. Tenureship is unwanted and not desired. Very crafty at creating unrealistic expectations to do away with the long-term employees. A whole lot of long-term (20-30yrs) employees ousted within a short period of time.
