Haver is a great place to build a long-term career. The team is full of experienced professionals who are always willing to share their knowledge and help each other. The average tenure of the London sales team is around nine years, which really says a lot about the culture and stability of the company. There’s a strong focus on customer relationships, data quality, and continuous improvement.
Cons
It would be great to see a few more annual leave days. Occasionally, Haver is perceived as having a dated product, but that’s changing quickly thanks to significant recent updates and the release of new software that modernises the offering.
