Great team and support- TL's and team members.

Payment scheme + contract issues, if you don't think you can land a sale, just get the 3 invoice for GP1 and then resign after getting salary. If you don't get a sale during GP2, you will have salary deductions which might end up with you getting nothing. "CLAWBACK"- they will assure you it's a wrong term but it will reflect on your last pay once you don't meet KPI (sales requirements). If you don't have a sale, base pay goes down to $1.5. Lowball given its a B2B sales account. You do the calling, lead generation, contract creation, closing. False advertisement.

Cons

Management has a poor communication interms of their people, youre like a robot like you need to do this and that without finishing the first task. The work is pressure. If you talk to your superior they will neglect you.. NO PROPER COMMUNICATION!!!
