Pros
For some one who wants to excel in a banking career in Sri Lanka HNB is a great place. But since i wanted to major in a STEM course i didn't find the job as a teller very exciting. But that is my personal opinion. The staff consist of really nice people who are willing to help out when you start the job. All in all it was a good experience.
Cons
Unless you have a degree in business or have passed the banking exams in sri lanka there is a two year training period. Wage during this period is somewhat low.
