      There’s some great people that work here.

      Cons

      Executive level management is mediocre at best. Company is struggling and everyone is freaking out. My peer got a $1mm deal stopen from him 2 weeks before it closed after he had been working on it for the past 2 years…. 0 loyalty here.

      Pros

      People feel safe to admit mistakes, ask "dumb" questions, and innovate without fear of being shamed

      Cons

      The environment becomes so "cozy" that urgency disappears.

      Pros

      - post acquisition - people are still allowed remote - no pay cuts - you can coast

      Cons

      - hashicorp is virtually dead - whatever was left of culture is also dead - endless amount of middle managers who are completely disconnected from engineering and product - cost cutting is in full swing and painful (and bad for customers) - very bleak outlook - morale and motivation gone
