Pros
earlier it was good, flexible work hours, team lunch and other benefits but not anymore, since company is doing very bad they think twice before spending a penny.
Cons
Very bad HR policies, on very small things like swipe in swipe out, dress code, internet access etc, they use such excuses to fire employees. Most of the people working here are those who are not getting job outside. Hiring and firing is very common, last year total strength was around 500, now hardly 150 left (lot of them were fired due to company not doing well, some deserving one flew out of this sinking ship) Worst company, if you are really want to spoil your career then join this company.
