Pros
It used to be a great place to work, great team atmosphere, very supportive managers and colleagues. the kind of company that gets things done great customer support probably the best in the market place. there was a real sense of support and appreciation on getting the job done and to a high standard.
Cons
When Harris took over the whole company ethos changed. Far from being employee and customer focused it became management and procedure focused. The overwelling creation of pointless management positions and the lack of respect for the grass roots staff who made the company, the introduction of pointless procedures and paper work. All contributed to the creation of terrible customer serivce. Easy to blame the problems on the down turn which clearly didn't help but it appears the customers lost faith in the company.
