Pros

It's refreshing to be surrounded by driven and ambitious people who have determination to succeed, and who won't stand in the way of your own ambitions. They will coach, encourage, and even cajole you towards reaching your potential.

Cons

The sink or swim approach to onboarding required some acclimatisation for me. Becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable may take time while getting your feet under the table.

Pros

I work for Solidcor, which is part of the Harmony Fire group, so this review reflects the group as a whole. This is a genuinely rewarding place to work if you believe in yourself, work hard, and live by the values — Athlete's Grit, Captain's Duty, and have a Fun Loving Heart. The work ethic here is unreal — you're surrounded by people who genuinely care about the business, and you're pushed daily to be better. The days are long but they fly by, and hard work gets noticed and rewarded. If you want to be led by inspirational leaders, there's truly nowhere better.

Cons

None for me personally — but be aware it's a high-energy, fast-paced environment with long days. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place. For anyone who loves a challenge, that's exactly what makes it so rewarding.

Pros

Working at Harmony Fire is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop their career in a fast-growing company. One of the biggest advantages is the focus on employee progression, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities and develop professionally as the business expands. The company operates in a very fast-paced environment, which keeps work interesting and provides exposure to a wide range of projects and challenges. Harmony Fire has experienced significant growth, creating opportunities for employees to grow alongside the business and contribute to its success. It's also an exciting time to be part of the company, with the launch of innovative product such as Auro, demonstrating a commitment to development and staying ahead in the industry.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing organisation, the fast pace can sometimes be demanding, and processes may evolve as the company scales. Employees need to be adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
