Pros
My experience of working at Harley Therapy as a remote administrator has been thoroughly positive. The role allows for a good work/life balance since I work part-time and from home. Despite working remotely, I never feel isolated. There is constant communication between the team to assist with any queries and to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day tasks. For me, it is the best of both worlds – an opportunity to work independently and under my own initiative while still enjoying the camaraderie and support of great colleagues. I feel very lucky to work alongside the other admin team members – each one of them is friendly, warm, and always ready to lend a hand if needed. Likewise, the managers are extremely supportive, approachable, and quick to provide help or guidance. I also get a lot of job satisfaction from knowing I am part of a company that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives. It is rewarding to be the first point of contact and help people find the most suitable therapist/psychiatrist for their needs. I feel that Harley Therapy’s dedication to destigmatising mental health issues is really admirable and an important message to spread. All in all, a great organisation.
