Pros

Work is super easy so long your not fat and lazy.

Cons

Part time only crap. Expect anywhere from 5 - 20 hours. Depending on, Sales day to day of that current store, how hard you work, Sale events like the side walk sales and tent sale crap. They will expect 200% out of you most of the time for minimum wage when you have a large general knowledge on stuff they sell. They have a total of 7 Items that are American made. Rest is out source and CHINA CRAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM THIS COMPANY. They force you to sell ESP's EXTENDED SERVICE PLANS Or what they call replacement guarantees If your a cashier you have to make 100$ in ESP AND ITC sales

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
