Hanson Regan has recently gone through a company re-fresh; brand new company website launched, office re-furb, took over 2nd floor with brand new meetings rooms and a boardroom. The Company and management team are very approachable and will always embrace new ideas, in order to drive innovation and continue to look at refreshing ways to keep their employees happy. Consultants get to travel across Europe meeting their clients and contractors (paid by the company) which is refreshing for the teams. Also the staff headcount continues to increase due to business growth; lots of new training put in place to implement and embed new starters (have their very own internal recruiter came on board recently) A new incentive scheme rolled out that enables everyone in the business to win rewards such as vouchers, weekends away/meal out, extra holiday/days off, trips to Vegas or Dubai and annual reward is a brand new car!!!Many social events; birthday meals, quiz's, monthly killer pool competition ;o) , holidays. Excellent staff benefits such as £50 towards your Christmas food shop for all employees (we all need that at Christmas!) Also its smart casual dress code - no need for suits which is always a bonus!
Cons
Not necessarily a negative but Consultants who join need to work very hard and do their homework if they want to do well. You will need to learn about SAP (ERP and similar technologies) as you go along and a lot of time and research is needed (work and at home) if you want to do well in this business. The results are very rewarding!!!
