Pros
Office near to railway station, interesting industry, can't find any pros in other areas . It has some clients which won't leave so at least it will survive.
Cons
Very high attrition rate due to worst HR practices. Abysmal appraisals this year. The reason is, it has lost money in one account so hard working people from all the accounts are suffering. No fixed priorities of senior management
