Working at this company has been an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team genuinely cares about the employees and creates a welcoming, respectful environment where everyone feels valued. The teamwork and communication across departments are fantastic, and there's always someone willing to lend a hand or share their knowledge. Opportunities for growth are real, and hard work does not go unnoticed. The company takes pride in high standards and ensures that employees are well-equipped and appreciated. It's clear that people here love what they do, and that energy is contagious.

I do not see and negatives yet in my current environment.

The people really care, the products are delicious and good quality. There is a smaller team so you really make an impact and there isn't a lot of red tape with making changes or completing projects.

But as with any other company at this time, there is less people doing more work and there isn't a lot of official training programs or fixed processes and this can lead to confusion on projects. You learn on the job and expected to take ownership of what you are doing as soon as possible.
