They have a good legitimate security company. They treat their employees really well by providing lots of training, support, and above average industry pay.

Initial training process is great for new employees. The camaraderie within accounts was great. Some accounts and clients are fantastic to work for. Your mileage may vary.

Clients are the driving force for your work environment. The lack of support from the office staff at the Bloomington office was shocking; even worse for field supervisors or managers. Office staff fails to communicate expectations to field management and staff.
