Pros
Easy working hours. No work on weekends (unless involved with trade shows).
Cons
Management Team can't make a decision to save their life. No growth strategy - they are perfectly happy where they are. 1 long time employee stirs the pot and rules the roost. Management doesn't work on Fridays. Hard to get any work done since no decision makers around.
