Pros
They have a nice 4-10 schedule and flex time to work well around your life. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Absolutely no training whatsoever, which does not help new hires. Bad coworkers where they gossip behind backs with a culture that has very little diversity. No opportunities for career growth and they do not care about you at any level for your growth in the company. They are completely stuck in old ways with old technology and no initiative to change that. Work is extremely repetitive and gets old fast. If you want to like your job and your coworkers, this place is not for you.
