1. The Hiring Process & Assessing candidates are terrible .. 2. Too Much Nepotism & Internal Politics going on Inside company. Management Department is taking active part in this. actually conducting this. 3. Management got pure bad Intentions for this company, literally doing Corporate Illegal Works. 4. Very Poor Salary Structure, Giving huge tasks but paying so less that one can not spend 1 week with that Money. 5. No job Security. Management is doing whatever they are thinking. Hiring writers, freelancers & assigning them tasks. after they finish up, management firing them without PAY them a single penny. its Terrible
