Nice building in Los Angeles (Wed Bush)
Pay may be tad bit higher than other firms ($1,000 or $2,000) per year, but they will give you shorter vacation (e.g 1 week to start).
Cons
Top management are very 1st generation from Korea. They want to get into mainstream by hiring some of American managers, but core culture is very Korean.
Expect to work long hours.
Learn to be a great 'brown noser'. If you don't have that skill, go to library, and check out a book on it. You will need it.
Top management will sometimes show their authority by showing their frustration. (E.g. like throwing stuffs in their office, or yelling and shouting, etc.). HR will not do anything. Don't expect it.
