Pros
Great team. Very supportive. Team on floor welcome everyone regardless of age, ethinicity etc and treat often difficult residents with nothing but kindness and compassion.
Cons
Caulfield site only been running 2 years. Feels like teething issues still to sort out. Staff don't feel supported by higher level management. Chaotic at times. Staff always aware of budgetary constraints.
