Pros

I am approaching my one year anniversary and I am still just as pleased with Hammersmith Management as I was last year. I have always believed you get out of a career what you put into it. Work hard, do your best and you will be rewarded. There is a strong support network in place but you have to be willing to utilize it. All of the promises made to me during my initial interview were kept. I have been very fortunate to have a supervisor that believes in me and supports me.

Cons

The only negative aspect to my employment has been dealing with the negative attitudes of some of my co-workers. Rapid growth and expansion over the past year has required everyone to pitch in and give 110%. During my interview I was told that working hard was a requirement and I knew what to expect. The company philosophy has been if you are not happy with your position and responsibility then find something that does make you happy - even if it means finding employment elsewhere. But please don't bring the rest of us down with your complaining.

Pros

The people you work with, your peers, become friends.

Cons

They work you tirelessly until you’re burnt out. You are required to deal with awful homeowners and Board members even if they scream in your face. It’s “part of your job”.
