Pros
I really enjoyed my experience with this company. I was paid well for the job and I learned a lot. I made some really good friends.
Cons
Unlimited PTO was taken away and metrics shot up towards the end of my time there. Day to day metrics didn’t help with the overall goal. Goals were not realistic with the jobs we had to fill. Turnover was higher than I had ever seen.
