Pros
Beautiful location, well organized (mostly), good canteen, reasonable flex time arrangements, a good employer for the most part
Cons
Pay is a bit low in comparison to other companies in Switzerland; the usual unnecessary infighting between some groups to no avail, management can be a bit pompous, and all in all the company lacks a sense of humor; yes, it is a medical company, but a little humor goes a long way.
