Cons
Because they are so understaffed, no one is able to have a work-life balance. Most work 6 days a week. They try to cross train everyone to learn everyone elses's jobs but then the work and patients suffer because of it. It's all about money...they are greedy for more offices but won't pay to have a good staff to run them. Management plays favorites to certain employees because they don't like other employees. When HR is notified, nothing gets done and they look the other way. Some of the doctors they have working for them are some of the rudest I have ever worked with. If you are not going to be civil to you coworkes and patients maybe this job isn't for you. Compaired to other Optical locations, salary not competitive.
