Good Company! - Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Hall Ambulance Employee Review

Good experience if you are starting your job as an EMT or Paramedic. You won't find another ambulance job in "Southern" California where you can gain the EMS experience you will get if you work full-time at Hall. As a paramedic - your partner is an EMT and the local FDs you will run with are mostly BLS as well. You are it!! Sink or swim. Management is generally good, as good as you are going to find at an ambulance company. They have good equipment, always keep their ambulances in good shape. They treat you well as long as you are a responsible employee.

Ambulance jobs (not just Hall) are extremely difficult to not get burned out at the 5-7 year mark. A very demanding job.

A lot of opportunities for overtime and extra work .Rural area, give you great experience

Not a lot of support of management when you need something.
