      Salary was a wee bit higher than industry standards Bonus was a nice perk (not worth staying for though...)

      Management is clueless ELT was the most selfish I've ever worked for Heartless managers - I was accused of not prepping for Bereavement Leave

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
