The owner gives gifts and has food delivered.

Cons

The work hours are long and the owner doesn't provide clear guidance on assignments. Further, the owner calls and interrupts all day long. I was asked to perform ABA services when I did not feel prepared.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and want to provide some additional context. Our full-time roles require availability between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with scheduled lunch breaks and additional breaks when clients are engaged in therapy. This is a client-facing, billable position—not an administrative role—and is often chosen by those seeking consistent, structured hours in a clinic setting. We have BCBAs on-site who provide ongoing supervision and support throughout the day. Overtime is not expected, and any additional hours worked are optional and typically requested by the employee. Expectations are clearly outlined during onboarding and reinforced through team meetings and HR support. These include maintaining focus during sessions, adhering to workplace guidelines, and ensuring preparedness and reliability. We recently held a team meeting to reinforce these expectations, and this review may reflect that discussion. We remain committed to maintaining a structured, supportive, and professional work environment.
