      Pros

      Marketing is finally under new management, and it genuinely feels like a fresh start. There's a much more positive atmosphere in the team, and people seem excited about what's ahead. I'm also really looking forward to the new building development. Having a modern space for the marketing team will be a big step forward. Overall, Marketing is moving in the right direction.

      Glad we are getting a new office as the aircon has stopped working and it gets hot in the summer :-)

      Pros

      Had several years of great growth and employee culture.

      Cons

      Leadership appears in cruise control with little work ethic or passion. Virtually withdrawn from the Sydney sales market with majority of team leaving and not replaced for more than a year and no job ads either implying a lack of interest. Does not appear interested in competing or investing in the culture anymore.
