I have had a very successful career stint at HackerTrail and would recommend it strongly to any one who has an entrepreneurial mindset, a hunger to learn and really wants to take ownership of their own P&L. What some employees don't understand is that the fun is in the opportunity to understand how businesses work, how products are developed, how different functions within the organization speak to each other. You are not just doing recruitment but essentially working towards disrupting how its done! Which vanilla recruitment organization offers you this? I grabbed every learning opportunity I got to learn which is not just recruitment but also program management, marketing, product development and commercials. HackerTrail has given me a platform jump in my career and I cant thank HT enough for it.
