I have been part of HackerEarth's Journey for the more than 3 years now • HackerEarth's talent is incredibly impressive. Employees are engaged and passionate about their work. There is more of a focus on the team succeeding than individual success. • It's an environment that is extremely challenging that pushes everyone to be their best every day. There is a diverse talent pool @ HackerEarth and this allows every person to learn something new every day. • Freedom of responsibility given to all employees making it very easy to do your job properly and with ownership. • Culture is extraordinary, no yelling allowed, respecting each person comes naturally to all. Open door policy and transparency about the company and ensures there is no ambiguity for all.
Cons
Keeping up pace with what customer & market wants and building solutions / services accordingly will double the pace that we are currently growing. Sometimes we are slow to understand and respond to these market signals and this does puts us behind the race with competition.
