Great people to work with in the office. Everyone is friendly and really wanting to make a difference in the affordable housing cause. Interacting with volunteers and learning how to foster relationships with long-term and short-term volunteers. Getting to work out on the construction site.

Sometimes the cause isn't the main focus of why people do what they do. Not enough work to fill most days.
