      Such a bad company to work for, so unprofessional, over work you, under pay you and when you tell them you get treated as the bad guy. The culture is broken and toxic

      - work from home - good start times - decent pension

      Cons

      - significant pressure from seniors - not much support - extremely hierarchical environment - new ideas get shut down and there’s no support from directors and seniors - If you’re a lower employee, you get shut down
