      Staff is great. Smart and dedicated

      Leadership is poor. The notion that they seek pioneers or brands that do good is no longer true. They take accounts that are available regardless of the company intent. No support for team members.

      Leaders have integrity and decency. They care about people. Creatives are pretty savvy. Account leaders are admirable.

      Great perks and benefits, and the agency attracts genuinely talented, kind people.

      Cons

      Leadership’s out of touch, and the wrong vibes keep getting rewarded. The ones making it uncomfortable stay close to power, everyone else leaves to stay sane.
