Pros
Above average pension contribution. Modern building.
Cons
Where do I begin? Management across all levels of the business are absolutely clueless and lack basic leadership skills. Group HQ in Switzerland expect far too much in very short deadlines, yet are unwilling to invest in the resources to help meet their ridiculous deadlines - there is nil regard for staff wellbeing, many giving up their evenings and weekends with absolutely no thanks from management. Happy to take your free time up but god forbid you ever need time off, that’s coming straight out of your wage. The systems are appalling, I didn’t even know systems like that still existed in the 21st century until I started working at Habasit. You spend 99% of your time firefighting problem after problem because the right resources just aren’t there. Benefits are poor, management make out that 22 days holiday (2 days above minimum) are the bees knees. Management constantly bang on about their great culture, I personally wouldn’t call a culture of bullying and backstabbing a great culture. Best decision I ever made getting out of there - good riddance.
