      The most toxic work environment I’ve ever been part of. Your work load will continue to increase and you won’t get compensated for it. People you work with aren’t held accountable for any of their wrong doings. Very unpleasant place to work! DO NOT APPLY.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
