Pros
Gives opportunity for beginner level employees to start career. Company provides lunches. Most people in company are friendly.
Cons
Sometimes management's actions can be confusing. In my opinion, company makes profit out of junior employees by keeping their salaries low. In case, if you are junior you have to leave company to get decent salary even if you like your project. Company's hardware has quite poor performance (imho)
