Poor management, no engagement with head office, no medical aid benefits, when something is requested from HR or anyone from head office it either takes weeks and there are empty promises. You are not valued as an employee, you get promoted because you friends with the manager and not for your work ethics, there are fake clothing in-between the legit clothing, staff uniform ones a year and ladies get less than men (women aren’t equalised even though we sold all women’s clothing)
