Pros
Well established process in all IT departments like Quality, Development, Support, etc. Management is professional and open to suggestions and most Managers are professional. Very good Department Level and Business Unit Level Quarterly and Annual events which make it fun working there Good opportunities to travel onsite (US, UK, Brazil, France, Middle East, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia) HSBC Bank representatives visit the branch on set days and that makes it easy for all your local banking transactions.
Cons
Changing projects is difficult. Food (Sodexho used to manage it when I worked there) was ordinary sometimes below average.
