      The tenants are great actually the company is the issue

      Every thing. No training, corporate runs like a joke. They abandoned you right after hiring. Oh pto and bonuses are laughable

      Coworkers are great, CEO is a fantastic leader, Everyone is treated with the up most respect and it is like a small family. I absolutely love this company and what it stands for.

      Cons

      None really. You need to be on your game at all times and give 100% but that's what you should do at work any ways. It is a high volume, fast paced environment.
