Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home. Exposure to many different organizations across a wide variety of industries.

Cons

No benefits at all, including paid holidays, paid time off and medical insurance. Inconsistent workload with periods of little or no work. Limited potential for growth and further professional development. Poor communication, both internally and between staff and clients. Guidance and direction from management is very limited, even when requested. Leadership is largely unavailable.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about working at HRBoost, your comments are very much valued. HRBoost is committed to offering an environment where employees feel comfortable to speak up regarding client work and request guidance when needed. Some clients do require our Consultants set hours while other clients are more flexible. It is the nature of the work. HRBoost does strive to provide true work-life integration to the best of our ability. Voluntary supplemental benefits are “voluntary” and waivers are acceptable. We also provide incentive programs which recognize employees for living out our service ideals and bringing joy and purpose to people through their work. We appreciate your time in helping us become a better and stronger organization.
