There are many learning opportunities, and I have worked through various new programs and concepts. This work has helped be build off of fundamentals that I have learned in undergrad.
Cons
At times, work has been slow, but there have been many projects introduced to counteract this.
HR Green is a great company to work for. They assign work based on your level of experience, so you're always learning yet never overwhelmed. The atmosphere is really welcoming, and I was able to build meaningful connections with many of my coworkers.
Cons
The work assigned to interns is sometimes a little monotenous and understimulating, but I was still able to further my skillset from these tasks.
