Most of the offices are extremely modern and well-kept (perks of being in a “working showroom”)
Cons
Muscatine is a small town, and unfortunately this seems to result in low-quality leadership at the higher levels of the company. In addition to being a stingy old boy’s club, they seem to be unable to maintain a strategic direction for more than a few months at a time, leading to constant shuffling of duties and roles for lower-level employees.
