The offer was excellent, and convinced me to put notice at my job.
Cons
I quit my job that I made 24$ an hr at, and was offered a job at HNI, but the background check had one hiccup from 6 years ago, is why they rescinded the offer. My family member who has been to prison, and has recent felonies is currently employed at HNI is employedas a skilled trades employee. So for Christmas I get to tell my wife I have no job. People are not their mistakes, and this has caused some serious hardship in my household.
