Pros
Some very dedicated employees who try their best to do right by their customers. Some great customers who relied on me to help solve their challenges.
Cons
Internal politics. Resources available to a select few. Immediate supervisor had a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde personality. I didn't know which one I'd be working with on any given day.
