The company understands where it needs to be and takes aggressive action to get there. HERE, meanwhile, understands that it cannot leave its customers behind in pursuit of the next big thing. This results in many challenges to meet and a rewarding career path. Senior management is actively working to dismantle years old bureaucratic boundaries with great success.
Cons
Fringe benefits are good, but tuition assistance is minimal and difficult to get and technical training is an afterthought at best. Career progression appears unattainable to low level employees due to limited positions at any level of management.
