Thumbs down on Upper Management - Anonymous employee HERE Technologies Employee Review

Upper management doesn't seem capable to make good decision on promoting right people. Seen many great teams didn't get credit and power to control the course of projects direction. Often times which lead to many questionable decisions resulted in wasted time and resource doing either duplicated or unnecessary stuff. The branding is still giving outside people a 'huh?' Despite company spent millions to acquire 'HERE'. Let's be real no one I know within the company like this idea
