Large company with good hours for a family person. Company has been growing which allows for promotions and ability to transfer around the country.
Cons
This company was known for great benefits in the past but now under the new owners most benefits like 401K, stock purchase plan and stock options have been stripped away and replaced with reduced benefits. 401K was a 6% match on your first 5% now it is 1.25% on your first 5% and if they hit their numbers as a company you get 1.25% additional and .5% if they hit their extended numbers. So if we do really good we get 3% match compared to 6% before. Stock purchase program was a 15% discount from the lower of the beginning or ending price now it is 5% discount from the ending price (not a good deal). Stock option program was for all of the sales team based on your performance now the stock option program is for only the very high level management. During this time we have experienced record sales growth and many of the top executives have made millions while the ones who built facilities maintenance have taken a hit financially.
