      Pros

      Good work life balance. Campus is good and projects are also ample so job security is not a concern when someone is in this company. Onsite options are also ample so basically employees have something to choose.

      Cons

      No salary hike at all. HR team is pathetic. No humanity among HR and placement department also sucks. They dont know anything about projects in HCL and requirements in them.
